Shipping
We offer fast and free shipping on orders over $100 AUD within Australia and over $300 AUD for international orders. Orders under these thresholds will incur a $20 AUD shipping fee.
Please note: Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to taxes and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.

Domestic Shipping Australia:
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD. All orders are shipped with expedited shipping.
Canadian, US & UK Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping to Canada, the US, and the UK on orders over $300 AUD. For orders under this amount, a flat $20 AUD shipping fee applies.
EU:
For the EU, please check out via our EU store for specific shipping details.
International Shipping:
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout, depending on the country and order size.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to the following countries:

Our standard shipping time within Australia is 2–5 business days.
For international orders, expect a shipping time of 5–14 business days.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click Cancel Subscription.
Proceed to complete the steps to successfully cancel your subscription.

Click Skip Order for the next scheduled delivery.
Proceed to complete the steps to successfully cancel your subscription.

Delivery Issue
We’re sorry your item(s) have arrived damaged!
Some items break during shipment due to glass packaging. We’ll do our best to help.
Please head to our Contact Us form and leave an image of your damaged item for further assistance.
We’ll be sure to resolve the situation as best we can!
If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the package at the local post office.
Also, please double-check the shipping address of your order (in the order confirmation email) to ensure it’s headed to the right location.
On some occasions, packages may be marked as delivered but take additional time to arrive.
If you still are unable to locate the package, please reach out to the carrier.

Lost packages
At Genetic Labs Australia, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. In the event that your order is lost during transit, please reach out to our customer support team via our contact form with your order number and any relevant details.
Damaged packages
We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please report to our customer support team at contact form within 1 day of receiving the order and include photos of the damaged items or package.
We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
Returns
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return by mail
Reach out to our customer support team at support to initiate the return process with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. The support team will then send you a return shipping label.
Note: Return orders will incur the return shipping charge per order.
Refund process
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Our return policy allows returns or exchanges as a part of our 30-day satisfaction guarantee for products purchased in the last 30 Days.
You can expect your refund to be processed within 5 business days or fewer, after our returns department receives the returned item.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and processed, you will be notified via email when the refund has been issued.

Recommended Dosages
Take 2 capsules daily for optimum results. Take NMN on an empty stomach.
The dosage is 500mg. The serving size is 500mg or 2 capsules of 250mg. Take 2 capsules (500mg) per day on an empty stomach for best results.
Take 2 Berberine capsules daily. Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before eating either lunch and the other 30 minutes before eating dinner for optimum results.
Take 2 NMN capsules & 2 Resveratrol 30 minutes before eating either before breakfast or lunch. Take 1 Berberine 30 minutes before lunch, and 1 Berberine capsule 30 minutes before dinner. It's best to take them 30 minutes before, or two hours after, eating to avoid competing with protein for absorption.
